]My best friend Catcher finally convinced me to register here so i could share some of my hunting experiences with you guys so here i am.You may already know me from some of the pictures he has posted of our awesome goose hunts.Well when it comes to turkey hunting him and his sons are a spring turkeys worst nightmare he is the King of the Woods. It is his greatest passion and you can sure see his skill and patience pay off in a big way.I see all this in his sons as well every time i get a chance to hunt with them.So i wanted to try something different.Shoot one with my bow instead of a gun and it payed off for me .9 turkeys come over the hill 7 hens 1 Jake and of coarse this awesome tom which was the last 1 offering me a 20 yard shot which i was right on the money with my shot since he only ran about 50-75 yards. He weighed 23.45lbs 10inch beard and 1.1/8 spurs my biggest to date. All in all a great day in the woods just Gettin.er.Done

Great first report and congratulations on the Tom with a crossbow.

Judging by the company you keep, hopefully we can look forward to some more great reports from you. I hunted geese with Catcher and his son late last fall and was equally impressed.

Welcome aboard.

Well that only took 5 months for you to finally join on here . Haha , that is one tank of a bird . It is tough enough to get one of these birds with a shotgun let alone archery equipment . Congrats and welcome aboard . You are a huntin machine , that is for sure . You definitely picked the right board name Getten er done .
