Well my son wanted to shoot a little more today for practice with his 20 Gauge . This was 15 yards with Federal flight control # 6 . The shot blew a hole about the size of two loonies right through the target , had a few flyers but the majority of the shot is dead on . Good patterns out to 40 yards, but I will not let him shoot past 30 yards. I hope to have it all unfold on the Go Pro. Stay tuned...
Good luck to everyone during Turkey season this year. Image

Looking for a site to pattern my shotgun and sight in my crossbow for the turkey season, is the place u use open to the public or is it private property. Also do u know of any crown land where a person can try their hand at calling a turkey, new to the area and could use a few pointers on where to go

There's nothing better than sitting beside your son when he shoots his first Tom. I don't think he'll have any problems if one shows up for him. I have Friday booked off and ready to go. Hopefully we'll start seeing pics of some birds starting Thursday.

Best of luck to everyone out there.

I just go behind my house to shoot , I have 75 acres to play on . If you are stuck for a spot to site in your gun just send me a pm . I live south of Belleville , probably about an hour or more from you . Not sure on any public places out there to hunt tick totters . All I can recommend is start knocking on doors in your area . :)
