Well my 12 year old son I just back from our trip to Saskatchewan for Black Bear and Pike fishing . We were both lucky enough to each get a Bear . This was by far the most excited my son has been on a big game hunt ever . After he shot his Bear man was he pumped up . And man what patience he has , with 7 hour shifts in the tree stand . I was very proud of him for making an excellent shot on the Bear which only went 30 yards after the shot from his 20 gauge . After he shot his Bear it was my turn , and I was lucky enough to get a 18 inch big guy .
The Pike fishing was unreal with one afternoon between the 2 of us in 2 1/2 hours we caught over 60 Pike with 4 over 10 pounds . Now that was some hot fast action there .

That is awesome. I was wondering how you guys made out and was hoping your son would get his chance. It looks like this trip will be remembered for a lifetime.
Congratulations to both of you!
