Federation of anglers and hunters web site lists courses and instructors I do believe. Really good organization and loads of info on their site. Good luck on the hunt

There is a guy in that does a course in Ivanhoe, his name is Al Borger, he works with another guy Dave Hutchison. Really great guys. 3 day course Friday for 4 hours followed by 2 full days Sat and Sun. 613-968-3325 is his number, not sure when the next course is but give him a call
