Quinte Fishing

Hey All

Just back from Red Lake and Ear Falls.
Sorry not much to post about other than the weather. Way too hot. Most days were about 20.
There are 2 camps around us and for the week a total of 4 moose taken.

Checked the big camp down the road from us and there were only 2 moose taken between 10 cabins.

Saw a massive bull standing on the side of the road near Upsula. At leat a 53 inch spread. Nice.
Also stopped by the MNR on the second day. When I asked about the deer, he said that half the heard was lost due to the hard winter and the wolves.

I hope the second week guys have better luck. It might cool down.
The fist 2 days were cooler only highs of 10 after than in the 20's. The moose were not moving.
Found a couple of spots with really good sign but nothing.

Well as they say there is always next year.
