I think I will start tapping this week. I know it was late last year and I'm thinking it will be late again this year. Has anyone else started yet.

My boys and I tapped last night. The sap was running great and they taste tested each tree by sticking their tongue under the spile. All trees passed their test. What a great sound it is of the sap dripping onto the bottom of an empty bucket and kids laughing in the woods.
