Showdown software updates

Any chance we would be able to get our Showdown's software updated in Canada in the near future. It's a pain with customs sending to the US for that service. Thanks Dani

Which unit do you have? I spoke with our service manager and MarCum told him that the 5.6 or 5.6 Dual could not be updated.

Purchased in 2007 and doesn't have any number showing on it. Says Crystal Quick on the bottom and literature says 18 degree cone. I believe mine can be updated to a 5.6 Thanks D

The older units need to be sent back to Marcum for updating its nothing we or any other dealer can do. The newer Showdown's cannot be udpated so even though it is a bit of a hassle to get it down to them at least you have the option.
