Hi guys i recently purchased a new older boat that came with a monitroll 900 and a probe. no idea how to use it. does anyone have any info on this product. what it b worth to sell it and such.

no idea about the Monitrol. I bought a used Depth Raider last year for $250. It works great for water temp and speed at the ball. Try it before you sell it. Works great for deep water trolling. Just make sure you put a leader from the probe to the ball that has a lower strength than your downrigger cable. It may save you a probe if you hit bottom.
