I bought an Ice 35 4 years ago off of Kijiji.
This year the sensitivity is going down to a point where it will only show bottom with the zoom feature.
I always have charged it after use and in the summertime between winters.
It will not show bottom when turned on let alone my hook. In the previous 3 years I have had no issue.

Is it the battery, the charge button says a full charge but still the problem continues.
My transducer is below the edge of the ice.
Thanks
Jeff

If there is no ice on the bottom of your transducer then I would suggest that your transducer is bad.

Can I get a new one somewhere in Ontario or do I have to order one from Humminbird.

As Jeff_C said it is most likely your transducer. I currently have one in stock if you need it. Just give the store a call to place an order.

There is an outside chance there is a problem with the unit, but I can't say I have ever seen a single Humminbird flasher fail like that.

Figured that was what it was! Glad it solved your problem.
