I have a 1197 SI Humminbird. The gps was not working at the end of last season. Repaired, when I used it yesterday for the first time I had to set it up all over again. Gps was not showing the location on the water. I clicked the buttons and set it up on fish and chips. Now I have no waypoints or tracks. When you put on a waypoint, it adds it. So as you add a way point it says 147 , says to me that there is 146 other way points. How do I get way points back?

I would recommend calling the place you had it repaired and see if they can shed some insight to it. I would think along the lines you are that the unit still thinks there are 146 waypoints in there.
