Pete (mr walleye) and I joined Ed Mackenzie( Chasin' Eye Charters) for a day of trolling the Q. It was a great day and we boated double digit number of fish with a good mixture of size. We kept just a couple small ones for the pan and everything over 4lbs was sent to swim again. Reefys did most of the damage. Ed has a top notch set up and is very knowledgeable. Here are just a couple pics

Well done guys...thanks for the back and forths Ed, we managed a couple and our fair share of fun trying. At least we were able to have our planned Fish n Chip dinner without a visit to Sobey's Shoal!

I will look forward to getting out again next year.

I hear that the walleye are hitting up the river near the red barn??Can someone tell me where that is or is it best to stay with the pack and fish near the ferry towards the lake. Don't get out much. LOL thanks in advance for any help.
