Somebody is lying, dont worry I think the police know they are being dicked around and will start turning the screws on the witnesses until somebody cracks and spills the beans on what is going on.

I was involved in bidding on the security surveillance network for the ENTIRE Quinte West Region. (Eg: Cameras and servers,ect,,,ect, some of it is installed...) a few years ago..

If there is not video evidence of what occurred in the areas described, I am very concerned about the competence and the money that was involved in the project. In fact if you look it up the Quinte area is one of the most "watched" counties in the country of Canada and they want more money.....

. Don't be fooled by ignorance. I know I have to learn patience and tolerance as I grow older but when one of my fish'in brothers is lost, it's time to speek up !

Hell , it doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out how long it takes to pull upside of one boat, introduce yourselves, shake hands and say Hi, pass the gear over and attempt to make the move from one 14 footer to anther in the dark night.I'd say at least 4-5 minutes. Anyone of us disagree???

Ya, and it should all be captured on video if the locations given are correct.

Let's keep it simple as there is lots of confusion
Charlie had two friends he went fishing on Tuesday
The day time friend was with Charlie in Charlie's boat
The day time friend went back to Charlie's in Charlie's boat
Charlie got in a boat with his other friend in the early evening
That boat and and that fisherman has only been seen by his day time friend his day time friend is not certain about the name as he was wearing a balaclava and the engine was running if you know of someone fishing that evening it doesn't matter what his name was it was probably him
The police are looking for that boat but much much more important they are looking for that fisherman
There was possibly only that fisherman on the boq that evening
That is the purpose of this post
Who was fishing Tuesday evening after approximately 6 30 pm?
Somebody's knows
Charlie's boat that he got out of was never in question I used it that night in the search
I had Charlie's jeep towed as there was only one set of keys and they were with Charlie
The mystery boat has never been found if there was a vehicle and trailer it was never seen

My only question is. Why would charlie let someone go to shore in his boat when his own father wasn't given permission to drive it with charlie right there? This one of the things that baffles me.

I don't think that would be an issue. Would you let your best friend take your boat in to shore and you hop into another boat? Be honest here.

Am I being mislead that the "security surveillance system" in the Quinte area has not responded as originally thought and failed? My wife and myself's hopes and prayer's are with Charlie's family this evening. Come home safe!

Here is a photo of Charlie, although he currently has a full beard and his hair usually looks more fair than this.
