As of right now nobody has launched at the ferry launch frozen 1 boat in the water going to attempt to break through. About 6 or 7 boats waiting to see what happens.

10:30 leaving launch with boat on trailer ... 2 boats have made it out but ice is packing up just west of ferry not worth the risk of getting stuck today.

Wow I am assuming there is ice right up to the ferry then. I am hoping tomorrow's warm up will help I'm going to try the Ferry in the morning. If anyone gets a chance to snap a photo of the ice around the launch or had success today getting out please post it on the Form. Clutching my rod in my hand hoping to beat my pb. Thanks to all the soft water savages for the detailed updates

Tails up

Launched at Pryners this morning at 845 until 330. 3 guys went 6 for 7 with the biggest being 11.2. They pretty much bit on anything with purple on it. 125 ft behind the board took all fish and in 100 - 120 FOW. Pics to follow.

is there any edge ice you are having to break with the boat? I'm in a kayak and want to get one more trip out!

thanks,
