Probably the last soft water trip of the year for purpleghost and I. We're Mucho glad we took a chance.

The last pic is of fellow board member "Sweet Walleye". Met him as he pulled out for the day and figured we'd share in his late season bonanza.

unfortunately the fish did not make it, she showed signs of being brought up from too deep but the depth was 30 or less. What happened?
I tried to fizz but the stomach was right out of her mouth. She also spat out something very large.

I brought the fish up very slow as i knew right from the start it was a giant, I couldn't even move the board at first! Has anyone else experienced this?

I'd wall mount it if it were 15#. That's a tank. I plan on doing a replica mind you but nothing you can do if she doesn't make it. Sometimes the come up from deep and smash the lure. Saw it lots this fall east of ferry.
