Fished potters tonight. Lots of ice. One eater (the only fish). Anyone else have better luck?

I think there's so many people there, and noise, that scares the fish away. I hear the guys are doing "Ok" at onderdunks.

Paro... talked to you on the way out. That was me (dragging the clam) and my brother-in-law from Alabama. He's a Stoney Creek lad, who's been south for about 15 years now but comes up quite frequently.

Dan... wasn't me who caught the one fish, it was him (damn it). So I didn't do any better than you!

My brother-in-law and I have a bit of friendly rivalry when it comes to fishing. We're both passionate about it. I've fished many times down there for bass and vise versa. He's a regular tournament fisherman down there and gets 12 months to ply his skill. I can't usually one up him at the bass but generally take him at the pixies. I Hate it when he catches my walleye!

I was without any electronics last night, so wasn't sure what was happening under us. I know Santa has a new Humminbird under the tree but it sounds like it wouldn't of helped.

Looking forward to getting out lots over the holidays.

Good luck to everyone.

Hammered them last night. Couldn't keep em away. One after another. Lost 6 and brought 3 through the hole. Largest for me 8.5lbs. My fishing partner limited out and lost 7 at the hole. Was the best night I've had yet
