I would hate to loose my stuff and I would hope somebody would be honest enough to do the same if it was mine.

So long as they are not Overk1ll's!!... Good on ya man!

Chris does overkill not deserve his stuff back ? why do you feel its ok to pick on him when you hate to be picked upon ?
And on a side note its really beyond me why people do not tag there gear with a name and number where they can be reached its just a little insurance. and it does work quite well in fact ....... I know a guy who got a planer board back when it washed up on some womans shore front a few years back he got the call and went and got it back also know others who got gear back simply because they wrote a name and number in the corner also it could help you when you come across a less then honorable person like when you see a repala shack out on the ice walk up and see an area completely blacked out where you know dam well its the exact spot where you had written your name and number lol ... Walleye assassin got his stolen duck boat back in that exact way imagine how shocked the guy was when he flipped it over and showed the guy his name scratched in the boat. and said thank you very much for FINDING my boat lmao

JK Agreed, anything big/bag should have contact info.

And good on you guys for trying to find the rightful owners.
