Quinte Fishing

I have fished both hard and soft water, all the way from Brighton bay, wellers bay, mouth of Trent, Bain park, bayside, potters, Pete's point, massassaga point, point anne, big bay to trident point. I'm looking to head east more. I haven't had a problem finding the big eyes, I would just like to extend my border. Lets throw out fosters island to start and how about long reach. Where does everyone park and are there any areas I should stay away from. I always take my atv as I broke my back and can't walk all that far. So I don't like any less than 6" of ice. I don't want to know where the big ones are, ill find that out for myself. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!!!

If you check out Tylercurts sticky on locations, this will give you a good starting point. There is Huff's out the reach which is a popular spot, a high current area for sure, once the warm spell is done we will start to know how the ice fared in the reach. As for parking, a lot of guys park at the end of the road but you can get ticketed there. One of the land owners has offered parking close to the launch. Does anyone know if he charges for the service? Last I was there I only saw the sign for parking and no indication of a fee. You can also park on the main road and take your quad down.
Shermans is another great area. Good amount of parking off Bayview drive, 14" of ice as of last Sunday and the fishing has been pretty good there and lots of options to travel around on the quad like over to Thompsons, down to the old church etc. Some big girls landed here especially in February. My friends son got one 11lb on Sunday.
Another little fished area is off Cuthill lane at the east end of Hay Bay, if you don't mind fishing 5-8 FOW, this area can cough up some nice walleye as well as pike.
