Fished from about 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Caught a 7 pound sheeps head and promptly threw it back. No other strikes. What on earth can one do with a sheep head fish? Looks like it would taste about as good as a carp. What happened to all the pike?

Know the feeling...very few and far between...other than the odd 'straw with teeth'.

When you find em...let me know. 8)

Sit back and enjoy the tremendous fight they provide. Don't forget, getting the fish to the boat is what it's all about....Larry

hey 20 footer if I am not mistaken are you not the guy who releases all his fish and hunts with a camera. If you are there is not a fish in the bay that fights harder then a sheephead, you should be very happy unless like all other fisherman you are a liar later Fatman and remember a fish is afish is a fish

Joey, where did you catch the sturgeon? I hear that those beasts are prehistoric. It would be like trying to pull in a T-rex! Did you eat it or milk it for the caviar?

Not positive on this one but I believe it is illegal to catch sturgeon in the bay :? .
