Came across this story this morning as I am in the trucking industry and subscribe to source. Interesting read, makes you wonder about the loads that have not been stopped.

Thanks for posting the article, I had read about this kkn the Toronto Star last week.

That's how accidental spillage occurs, have an accidnet and drop the load into a ditch with water and voila-- invasion of alien species.
