Go to the rapala site and see if you can order replacment parts. I am pretty sure they will help you out and may be covered under warranty depending on how old it is.

Have also read somewhere that someone bought a driveway marker and cut it and used it to replace a broken pole. Not sure if this would work in your case but have seen the driveway markers for sale at Princess Auto and the pole is roughly the same thickness as the poles in my Subzero hut. My poles just slide out of the mount points and it would work for me. I though I had broke one the other day buy happily realized it just fell out of the mount when unfolding it.

I've broken a couple of poles on my pop-up. I went to home hardware and bought a couple of chimeny sweep poles, cut off the hardware, drilled out the old poles from the tent and epoxied the new ones back in. It was easy and the poles are a perfect match(that is in diameter, you will have to cut to length). All you need is a hacksaw, drill and epoxy. Here is the link for the poles.

Hey Swannie, good news! What did they charge you for those poles?

0... must be quite common, the guy didn't even ask me any questions, just asked for my address and said they'll be in the mail.

Stopped at c.tire in Napanee for something and saw they have those driveway markers on clearance for $2 - $3. They are in the Automotive section in a bin close to the service desk. Had about a dozen there. Good to buy just in case you break one while setting up.

My old man used the driveway markers from CT on his pop-up and it works great. he pulled the broken ones out with vice grips and cut the "markers" to fit and the tent was good to go!

Thanks guys... Good idea to have back up... Although in -20 degree weather I'm not sure the on ice repair would be happening.

I cut mine to fit. Already to go just in case.... My poles slide out of the mounts with little effort in sub zero two man, no tools needed.
