Hey guys

Just wondering about potters haven't seen to many huts out that way just wondering if anyone has heard of Amy fish being caught there .. got a buddy from out of town coming and would like to put him on at least 1 good fish tomorrow... not looking for exact spots just wondering

Look for another spot,from what i hear its dead. I have found over the years that after 1st week of january the fish die off there

ya its something of an ironic trade up...great parking,great access lotsa ice and lotsa spots to set up....no fish....funny how that works out

Dont know if this info is too late. But I hit potters yesterday with my dad and bro for the late bite. Brother got a 5 pounder on a nipigon spoon at 3:15 and i hooked into a little 1.5 pounder at 4:00. Nothing after that. Was still about 10-15 fishers yesterday aft. Dan

years ago I fished a few times with an older gent who fished the bay in the 1950's and he told me they fished potter's all winter but they usually started about 10:00 PM as they had permanent huts out there then .

I never have good luck out there until last couple weeks of season. its a really flat area if you move around you can get great results.
