Heading to Perfect Vue this Friday with my girlfriend, father in law, and some friends. Planning on fishing between the cottage and Shermans Point. Just wondering if anyone could give me any info on the conditions out there. Not looking for fishing info, but more so some snow and ice info. The father in law will be bringing his quad cause he can't get around too good, but we'll also be walking. Is there too much snow for the bike, any spots I need to be extra cautious about?? Just getting everybody out there safely and setup comfortable is #1 for me, then hopefully we'll get into some fish.

Thanks in advance!!

Snow drifts on the lake. We made it through with a little help one time from Mac pushing. Mux just watches Mac push.

LOL. Mux said his hat covered his eyes under his helmet and that he could not see the quad to push it. Poor excuse I thought but we got out of the two plus foot snow bank. Ps: I got two fish and Mux got notta....

The snow drifts are pretty numerous and some are pretty big. You can bob and weave your way around them if you use a quad but it will take a while to get anywhere that way.

Thanks for the info Snarfy and Johnny S. At least now I have an idea what to expect when we get there. It's hard to plan a trip for a bunch of people when you're not from the area and can't see for yourself what is going on out there.
Thanks again!!!
