Good night fishing. Hiked out from Bain. Snow was deep. Met 3 nice guys out there and they gave us a ride in. Auger worked great. No fish though a few lookers though

Was it still plowed out to the red can?? How much ice was there. Thinking about bringing my 8 year old with me on the weekend hoping to get him his first eye through the ice.
