does any one know where i can get blades for my Eskimo 8" hand auger? i have looked around belleville and cant find any :cry: does anyone know if other brands of blades will work on it? thanks....joe

I have the same auger and the Nordic 8 inch blades will fit perfectly. I couldnt find any either so that's what I did and they work wicked. Canadian tire in Kingston has them

Thanks guys, i did the same and got some strikemaster blades... After looking on the net to find out that they would fit! Thanks for the replys

Does anyone know of a fix for the top spindel handle for a hand auger. Mine wore right through and I really don't want to buy a whole new auger. So far I have managed to shove a few very tight fitting washers into the hole. I'm gonna give it a try today and hope that it holds.
