on NAVIONICS there's a deeper hole just southeast of the red marker that is out in front of County Shores/Fosters in the narrows

This hole comes in alot closer to shore just off the south shore

the red marker seems to be on a ridge that comes up on the NORTH side of this deep hole ( see topographical map image attached, does not show red marker it would be just off the map to the LEFT )

has anyone had luck fishing the deeper hole? seems most are saying to stay out at the red marker in 16-17'

thanks

There's a ton of little honey holes all like stretched across the bay. I picked up a sweet depth chart book at the sportsman show from Trakmaps and it has all the depths and obstruction across the bay. And now, though blackberry does support navionics, damn OS, I did manage to find an app that also has all the downloadable depth charts for BoQ and it can track location as well. So at least I will know where I am!

We tried last Thursday with no success. I have the app on my IPhone and thought we would at least get something.

There's also a 33' deep hole just west of Massassaua Point. Wondering if that may be worthwhile trying?
