Now ....not a shot at Joe Pickstock but.....if your driving down the 401 and see a sign promoting Quinte who would you rather see holding a nice wally? Joe or Ashley? I like Joe but would have to give the nod to Ashley on this one....haha

I second this motion......but when it comes to making fish look big in pictures Joe has Ashley beat his arms are longer.....lol

Hey hey hey moose. I won't get into Ashley vs Joe but I took the picture that is on the 401. That was a big fish. We released it and only took measurements so not 100% sure the weight but calculator said 15 lbs 11ozs if memory services me right. That was a big fish.

That was before the wide angle lens and the Chisolm school of holding fish. Lol. That one is legitimately a big fish.

Big congrats to Joe though. He was a centre fold earlier this year, recently in a major catalogue, and a larger then life 401 sign. Pretty cool for sure. Well done Joe!!!

Steve,

Fishing in general can be humbling. I always say as soon as you get cocky the lake will humble you. I try to stay humble because that is less painful then being humbled lol.

That was a great day. Jeff joe and I were out after a charter cancelled. Poor bugger that cancelled that was the best day for size and numbers I've ever had on Quinte. We had a hot tip to fish just off bottom and under a mile an hour. That made the difference and all credit goes to Greg Amiel from
www.fishing4tails.com.

Scott

Amen Tyler Amen. After all what kind of example can a habs fan be for children? A poor example that's all.
