Had quite the fishing day yesterday. Very slow morning but things sure did pick up between 3:30PM and 6:30PM.
Jumbos, Pike, Muskie, and Large mouth all came for a visit. Check out the videos.

Great vids- I have a basic FishTV and the quality is no where as good as this one, someday I will upgrade. I don't get how you are trying to catch the perch, you jerk the lure up just when they are approaching and half of the time it scares the bejesus out them. It's like a waiter putting a juicy burger in front of you and then yanks it away. You will catch more if you use the jiggle - pause- jiggle routine; I find they bite more on the pause or even on deadstick. I use the sweep and drop only if I'm trying to call them in.

Say, did you release the pike and musky? I did not see them swimming away from your hole after.... But awesome to see the musky hit!

I was trying to keep them from bitting! Watch in the video when they actually do get it I dont set the hook and wait until the spit it out and then pull it away from them. I was sitting on the floor watching down the hole waiting for the big ones to come. jiggle - pause- jiggle works well. I never caught the Muskie or 3 of the pike they all spit the hook. The first pike was released but the camera view was only the bottom 3 - 4 FOW.
