I was out wednesday evening. The water temp was 39 degrees. There was thin ice forming as i entered the harbour past the pump house. It was -10 degrees when i reached home at 8 p.m....Larry

You better call before you go down. I am pretty confident your going to need your auger instead of boat to get out there!!! Prob frozen by tomorrow!!

I received a call from the Tip of the Bay Hotel this morning, advising that harbour had frozen over last night and they wanted to know if I wanted to cancel my reservation for Friday night.

Is it just the harbour that's frozen?

Don't know about Picton way, but the bay in Belleville froze over last night. It is stiff from Trenton to at least Massissauga point.... just East of Belleville. I don't know if it is frozen further east yet.
