The Stoco Lake Black Crappie Fishing Tournament has been rescheduled for May 10, 2014. There is still room available if you wish to fish. http://www.tweed.ca

I know there are some anglers who will be pre-fishing for the tournament this weekend and next. As of right now, the boat launch beside the park is closed. The water is quickly going down and we will be fine for the tournament. We do have another boat launch in cosy cove. I went out there today and took some photos. Please be cautious when launching your boat as the water is still high.

Watch for stuff floating around left on ice in the winter and stuff picked up by last weeks high water.

ATTENTION ANGLERS: A total of 10 fish may be weighed per team. All 10 fish must be weighed at one time. If there is a tie, the first team that comes in first will be placed ahead of the other team. The weigh-in station is open from 8-2. Check-in time is 7:30 am. All teams must check in. Remember that at 2:00 it will be very busy at the weigh-in station.

Attention Anglers: Remember check-in time is 7:30. We will be doing a shot gun start at 8:00. The boat launch and parking will be a little crazy as you all know, please be checked-in and on the water prior to 8:00. We will be there at 6:00 am getting ready to go. See you on the water!!!!
