WIND WIND WIND!!!! From just about every direction possible. Trolled from Ferry to Prinyers North and South side. We only managed 3 fish in 3 days with the biggest being 8 pounds. Marked lots of fish, but everything seemed to be close to bottom. Anywhere from 50-140 FOW Spoke to lots of people at the hotel, and at the launches, and the story seemed to be the same. Lots of skunks. Tried a variety of lures, TDD 11's Reef Runner 800's etc... but the 3 fish were caught on Manns Stretch 20, Storm Deep Thunderstick and Reef Runner. All with 1 ounce snap weight.

Hope you guys have better luck this weekend than I did!!!

Also, water temps were 50-52. Never dropped below 50.

Thanks for the update. We are going to try our luck in a couple of weeks in the B of Q. First, we have a few musky to harass. Good luck all.....

Thanks for the report, any info is greatly appreciated. Hopefully the colder weather coming will head up the fishing action.

The fish are there just gotta put your time in, i fished from the 1-9 of november and managed quite a few, just think outside the box and give them there options and let them tell ya what they want, marking deeper fish is a good sign your around fish but most high fish the ones
Your targeting you wont be marking for the most part and try to stay away from the crowds becuase the fish are every where and i found other boats that
Move in would shut my fish down.

Thanks Kyle. That's a good point that I'm sure a lot of guys don't think about. The active fish that are up higher in the water column will most likely not show up on the sonar because they are outside the cone. I did try running some lures at roughly the 20' mark keeping this in mind. I believe this is my 5th year coming down for the fall run in Adolphus Reach, and I always book my time off to try and not fish the weekends so I can avoid the crowd. Unfortunately for me, I'm not from the area, and putting time in is not that easy, and very costly.
Anyhow, it's always fun and a new learning experience, and I look forward to it every year.
Hopefully I can get back down for another day trip before the ice takes over.

Walleyegohard ur 100% right, staying away of the other boat is one of the key for better success

walleyegohard is correct. Although I don't have much traffic in my area put you time in and you will dial them in. Our area is still very productive. Can't wait for the ice !!! ;)
