Man I love this time of year! :D :D

I'm hopefully heading up north for speckies this weekend for my first ice fish of the season, my tinner has been out since last Friday and I'm "Jones'in".

What are some "must haves" for this years ice fishing season?

I used to be an avid Ice Guy back in the day. Dragged my Home made hut out to Sherman's Point every year without fail.

But I must admit I tend to agree with Superdad...NOOOOOOO!!! However, the sooner Georgian Bay freezes up the less white stuff we tend to get up here (Muskoka) yesterdays dump was not funny! :o

For giggles we should throw out a survey to the 5000+ Board Members: 1)Soft Water 2)Hard Water 3)Both

Perhaps Dan could load one up for fun?

As for the must haves, I am trying out a new lure I picked up at brown bear in kingston, you can PM me if you want more info on it.
