Hi Folks, I was able to obtain the contact information for the Earthcam group and I have the contact information. Can anyone suggest to me Which tourist organization for PEC or Quinte I should send it to. A contact name would be helpful too if you have one. Thanks Malcolm

Regarding http://www.earthcam.com . I was able to obtain the contact information and passed it on to Mr. Jeremiah J. MacKenzie, Executive Director for Bay of Quinte Tourism.

Hey Malcolm...Thanks for doing that, appreciated.

The chap I initially posed the idea to was Michael McLeod who is the General Manager of Prince Edward County Chamber of Tourism & Commerce. They also have a web site pecchamber.com and I contacted him through it via email.

I did forward your earlier info on the EarthCam to him, funny thing I now have that saved as a favorite, great site and amazing clarity...I suspect it will boil down to $$, sponsorship support and interest in people actually using it.
I think it would be a great tool for helping promote the area, not to mention perhaps a safety feature for those that travel from afar that want to see first hand what the water conditions might be like any given day (depending on clarity of course) or even the traffic lines at the ferry terminals.

This would be fantastic, especially for those of us that have made the long drive down only to find the launches all iced in, and the long drive home, with a dry boat.
