I just assumed they were fishing....unless they were cormorant hunting its not worth it either.....kidding, sort of

I saw their boat at Collins Bay many times over the last month or so and have heard guns first thing in the mornings.

With this cold spell, even if they didn't need a rescue, I think they would have had a hard time getting to the ramp. It was frozen solid early afternoon.

Just glad they were okay....

Glad to hear they are ok. I too wonder how they are getting in/out of the water with the launches frozen up...but the helicopter rescue makes me wonder what happened to their crippled boat? I wonder if it's stuck out at Brothers' Island for the winter now?
