I get mine from pro tackle usually. In Belleville.
Haven't been up this year but they usually have nice ones.

Can't wait tell Saturday.

Cheers

Place In Gosport. Go down Price Street and take your first left. Look for the green signs. Good minnows and a good guy.

Thanks for the info.

I picked up a dozen at Pro Tackle on Sat, didn't look at them as I was eyeing tackle while the lad netted them out. Put them in the car and didn't look at again as the wife was bugging me (what took you so long she said). Drove to the lake and then discovered how small they were. Smallest I have ever got from them! Smaller than my baby finger and I have small hands. Well, buyer beware! So if you buy there I suggest you check it out first. Going to call Tracy and see what is up.

Am looking for large minnows 5"-6" and up for pike. Where are these shops and do they have large minnows? Google maps has no Price st in Belleville/Trenton, was this a typo?

I also found the minnows at pro tackle to be small and a little over priced. Moons in des is 4 a doz

Hi guys,

I just got in from Chicago last night, gone all last weekend....white knuckle driving both ways.

Unfortunately this batch of minnows seemed on avg. to be smaller then we normally get...I am not sure why, they came from our normal supplier.

We give out many extras.....no one seems to complain about that. We still cant count.

We are fisherman as well. Please tell us if you are unhappy with something, we will correct it.

Our minnows range from 2.5 inches to 4.5 inches

Good luck fishing,

Stacy

Thanks again for your replies.
Didn't mean to slam Pro Tackle with my intended "observation" Good guy there and being the only supplier nearby they probably could charge a lot more. Their winter store hours are for our benefit and I thank Tracy for that. Should have called the store before posting my POST. Just wanted to give a heads up for those that travel far and near.

Try County Camo @ #71 County Rd 3 in Rossmore, Prince Edward County - south side of Belleville bay bridge (great service). I believe that minnows are $5.00 doz.
613-813-0338 for store hours
