Fished the permanent hut today with a couple buddies. 4 walleye and 1 pike made er through the hole. The pike weighed in at 7lbs. 3 of the walleye weighed in at 2-4lbs and the fourth which we all thought was about 7lbs when it passed the hole 8' down, ended up tipping the scale at 12.4lbs! Decent little outting I'd say.

That would be too easy Eh ^^^ I've put many hours into finding fish like this, not about to plaster it all over a public site. I will help out best I can, like I've done in the past but that's too much lol plus I hate when people drill holes around my permanent. Do people not realize when there is that much weight combined with the snow weight, the ice pushes down and water comes up holes and freezes huts in...

I think a few people on this board need to 'lighten up'

some think they own their 'spots' , like they've struck "Gold" :)

but kudos to you FishinMagician for having success.

Congrats on your fish!

FishinMagician love your hut, what are you using to power the tv. Nice walleye as well over 12 thats great. Also love the fact you go out of your way to help people out on the ice either by giving them rides or helping with fishing spots, you are a true great board member, hats off to you

Bob

I've actually got a pretty neat set up. Everything fits in one little sled. When ever I head to the hut I just hook onto it and go. All I have to do is hang the TV, and plug in the extension cord to the inveter. The inverter runs off of a 12v deep cylce. With fan, lights and TV it runs about 25 watts! And the inverter is good for 200.
