So I tried to make it to my permanent hut out at indian island today.
the bike did not do so well. Got out about 3/4 the way And that was a work out in its self.
they only reason I made it that far was I followed a skidoo trail.

Therefore I am wondering if there is a kind sole who could run there skidoo strait out from dufferin to indian island a couple times.
I would be very grateful due to I'm off this week and was hoping to use the hut Most of the week.

Thanks for any help.

No luck again today. Couple sled tracks here and there but not packed down enough. Quad still dug in to deep and once again I was digging her out..
And of course more snow falling.
So come on sled heads hear my plea....and make a path that the arctic cat can manage.

The old cat usually handles the winter well but this snow is so sugary that the bike sinks so quickly.
Tomorrow I think I'll break down and hike out to the hut.

Made it out to hut today. Found my chains for the old girl. Still tuff going but was happy to find my hut undisturbed. I leave nothing but wood for stove. Bite was slow but nice getting out.
Thanks to who ever made a few passes with there sled....it helped
