Here's what's wrong with ebay in my opinion. This guy should be shut right down, no ifs, ands or buts Now since I can't read the whole story, bloody firewalls at work, maybe they have shut him down.

I know in the past it took a miracle to get them to shut someone down. They didn't want to lose potential commissions of course. Which in turn, turns a lot of people off buying on the net.
