You should be hitting the Big Bay area at a good time this year. We just returned today from 4 days of fishing at Sunset Farms. Our group found the fishing to be a bit slower this year, but the size was larger than normal. We attributed this to cooler water temps and sporadic weed growth for this time of year. Most of the fish caught by our group was in the evening, with the morning bite being much slower. Slowly drifted or trolled wormed harnesses seemed to work best. Also casting minnow imitation lures over weeds in 7'-12' of water produced some nice fish.
Thanks for the information!
