The party's over - turn out the lights!!!

Well, at least in Hay Bay it is. We drove almost to Shermans PT and there were a few patches of open water with a lot of ducks and geese fro the east end of Hay Bay all the way past Perefect Vue. There was more ice than water.

We didn't get to see what it's like at Shermans but I'll bet it wasn't promising.

There was probably open water by the ferry but the south-west wind would have made launching difficult.

I'll bet there are some die-hard who braved the wind and temp today, we braved the wind and temp putting the shrink wrap and tarp over Superdad.
