HI Scott - Terry & I have decided on 3-2 night trips this Fall starting the last week of October and I made the reservations yesterday with PHI. I'm wondering how you are making out with your proposed floating dock slips as I would like to obtain one if they are available.

Thank you for the reservation. I have been meaning to post an update with regards to the docks. I have been unable to get the permits for this fall. I'm really sorry. I have briefly discussed the option of using the tip of the bay docks and they are willing to work with us there. It would mean a short walk around to the boat though. Again I'm sorry.

Thank you for the kind words. The name changes are a great idea lol.

Docks will be a must in the near future just couldn't get it done for this fall. We do have a lot of changes in store for the rooms though.

New tv's are in most of the rooms
New flooring is going into most of the rooms as well this fall.

New mattress' in about half of the rooms and new linens and towels for most of the rooms too

New front desk area will be over the winter sometime.

So we are trying to make it clean, comfortable and affordable.

Looking forward to hosting the Montreal boys this fall.
