Hello, a friend just got a boat, and we're looking for some advice on good lakes/spots accessible to the Napanee area for bass fishing. We've been out on beaver lake a few times and had some luck with some bass and pike. Just wondering if there are any other spots anyone could suggest that are fairly close (45min-hour)

I've checked out Camden Lake and Varty lake, but both look kinda shallow and I read on a page that Camden you can get caught up on the muddy bottom fairly easily.

Anyway, thanks for any help!

Bay of quinte, pick a launch, napanee river launch in napanee by bridge.
haybay, various launches.

The bay was called the best spot in Canada to catch numbers of bass over 3 pounds, a few years ago.
