Just wanted to give a shout out to them, have been impressed by there ability to quickly get baits i can't get other wise locally, prices, have been better, then when i add exchange and shipping from down south. Much quicker too.
Did have a rod repaired, repair is like new, still holding well..

Did my first ice trip to kingston this past February. I got some good info about the lake i was hitting and he threw in a couple extra minnows. Dont get better than that

Been going there since he opened, great guy to stop and have a chat withm while picking up some lures. Nice to have a local mom and pop store here in Kingston.

I recently took a few rods in to Brown Bear Tackle in Kingston to get guides done. 48 hrs later picked them up. Great job, great price and great timing, also the good conversation was free.
I suggest to all my friends in fishin' to go see Bob and support one of the few independents still going in our area.

Been in there a few times myself. Service is great. lots of free advice. can get custom orders, rod and reel repairs, can't say enough good things about the shop!

Great service and a great guy !! Will get you up and going when you're in a pinch and
has a good selection of minnows as well.
