A few years ago I wanted a late season musky trip before putting the boat away. The first launch (Pic #1) was so frozen putting the trailer onto the ice wouldn't break it! Picture #2 is the launch I was able to use albeit very slippery. And the last photo was me in some freezing cold weather trying to troll. Worst fishing day ever!

Nice photos. The crowd sure thins out come December. Glad I'm not the only one still out there!

seeing these photo's makes me warm and fuzzy inside. :) :) :)

I have hundreds of "ice" boating photo's from December to March....Erie, Quinte, Lake Ontario, Niagara River, etc, etc, etc.

I can advise "DO NOT" use the hydraulics on your motor to break ice, lol :) :)

Thanks Dan. Awesome photo I have not fished in ice like that. Just snow lol.. Do you change your line or use regular summer line? Wondering about the integrity with friction.

Let's see some then Steve! Post your best one!

Niagara River in February.

Tough to do much fishing when this happens.

Steve, you have at least one Out of Doors front page photo tucked away in your album.
