Not looking for fishing spots but wondering if anyone knows or would wager a guess if any substantial numbers of migrating walleye have moved up into this general stretch. Any report would be appreciated Thanks

There have been a few boats at the mouth of the Trent the last couple of weeks, I watch them and no fish landed that I can see. I have fished the fast water below the dam 4 times and no fish. I plan on launching the boat myself this week and will advise on any success. If anyone is launching by the arena stay in the launch closest to the bridge or you will have problems with shallow water and rocks

Thanks. I'm hoping for this weekend or next myself and good for you reminding and informing people of that launch. I usually use the one up the river more or else across. At least there's options.
