Laker John and I picked up the boat and headed across the ferry for the last section of Prince Edwards county.

Got the boat away from the dock with some difficulty and out to the lake.

Trolled from the Red buoy out into 106' of water, marked bait in the 56-60 foot range, but very few in the deep water.

Began fishing at 0900 and the water was 45.4 degs F That's WARM........ Fished until 1330 and headed ashore as it takes an hour and a half to get back to the camp.

The short of it was NOTHING again.........the smell is really bad. Tried all kinds of lures and sizes and depths - NADA!!!!!

December isn't over so stay tuned.

Thanks for the report David - if Erie-Eyes wasn't in storage, I'd probably be getting out also. Water temperatures are amazing for this time of year. A day on the water, even with no fish, is still better than a day at work or at home working on the honey-do list.
The one nice thing about the weather so far this year is I haven't had to get the snow blower or shovels out - LOL.

Superdad: I was out Saturday as well and noticed alot of fish had moved into 12'-20' depths compared to a week earlier. Managed just one fish, but it was a 12lb walleye. The next day I got skunked but electronics(low end lowrance) showed the Same pattern. Deeper than 25' very little on the screen. Edges of shoals and drop offs were loaded.
