After careful consideration, I have decided not to operate my huts this year, due to very poor ice conditions.
I refuse to be responsible for putting lives at risk in order to make a buck.
I am going to concentrate on exploring some trout lakes further north as well as Rice Lake for perch and crappie action.

Hopefully next year will see us all back on the ice mid Dec.

Good Luck and stay safe.

I will need to get down and target them soon.
I have been up closer to Gores Landing after the perch.

All depends where on the lake. 6 inches mostly away from the current areas
