Lake trout can be had from prinyers to the gap to north channel. Just mark fish and put spoons on and catch em.

I've never targetted Browns but know they are around millhaven creek and the power plant. Find warm water and run stick baits in shallow where the warmest water will be from the sun warming rocks. Atleast this is what I've read :)

Bows I have no idea as I've only caught them in summer out by Wellington.

Location: Wellington
Rainbow trout - really wouldn't be targeting them in that area.
Brown trout - yes, work the shallow water areas of the North Channel. BUT I would concentrate more on the south shore of Amherst Island and the south facing shores of Prince Edward County. I would try to find areas where there are sand beaches that will heat up first. Small coves that will hold warm water longer.
Lake trout - anywhere in the area of the gap 15 to 60 fow. Inside Adolphus Reach or just outside the gap in the Lake. Another place is Bar Shoal south side of Amherst. Watch the weather because the Lake can blow up fast. You didn't indicate the size of your vessel.

Hope this helps,
Let us know how you do,
Al
