Does anyone know this time of year what might be a good spot for numbers of pike, say 4lbs and under, for shore fishing? I have an eager 11 year old who wants to try to land a few. Thanks

under the bridge in belleville is a good bet, friend of mine got a 6lbs pike there, my wife caught a smaller one. good spot for walleye at night as well, I've caught a few. haven't been there in a while though, or at this time of year, but worth checking out, should be open water around, just checked the weather channel, going up to 8C tommorrow. (you ice fishers, don't shoot the messenger!! LOL)

Location: wendover
Not sure where you're from, but if you're ever down the Wendover area, I have a spot that I always go for pike, and you can catch over 15 pike a day.....Drop me a pm if you're in this area
