Grizzly, I hope you have a safe and productive weekend - we'll be looking for pics.
I've had a lot of pm's for info. on Oneida Lake here in central NY- probably because it was just listed in the '06 Jan.-Feb. edition of Ice Fishing as a top 5 ice destination. It's been nice trying to help people (all over) from this forum get set up here this spring. Everyone has been incredibly helpful on this forum. Big fan of it. I'll be up Sun. -so any more updates are always appreciated! Hopefully I'll need Dan Elliot's help to post our pics...

Hey Greg. well i made it to belleville, and i fished at herkamur from about 3 til dark. cought one small walleye, and i saw one very nice one come up on the ice by some lucky guy... it was off 100 yards from me but it looked big at 100 yards cant imagin holding it .............. im going in the morning. two weeks ago i had my best luck in the mornings so my hopes are high..... there should be good ice on sunday when you get here but they are calling for a wintery mix of weather so bring good cloths with you, and waterproff is advised...tomarrow is suposed to be the best day Lucky me..................... tonight i cought the only fish around 5 other guys, but was a lil guy 16 inches. two weeks ag it was 5 pounders i hope to find some of them tomarrow ...... good luck . ill check back in tomarrow afternoon sometime
