Opted to fish Belleville, not very crowded(unlike Trenton)...most boats ventured off somewhere.....few stayed at the mouth....took a drive through town....maybe a dozen river fisherman in waders and headlamps through town towards Lotts Dam(not as many as last year)...........As for fishing, I caught a Gar, couple inadvertent Bass.............Did way better last year.....Seen a pair of Muskie snuggled up to the rocks at Lotts .....seen this for three consecutive years now! Also did Trenton Sunday after the Derby......Four pound Walleye....couple Pan fish....Lost something big....got excited , tried to make a quick drag adjustment to keep it away from another boat, and I lost it....might of been a big carp, as I did see at least two, I'll never know, should of known better........was a pretty windy day.
